Create EFT File From Scanned FD-258 Fingerprint Card

Use this service to create an ATF .EFT file from an existing FD-258 fingerprint card. 

Requirements for this service:

- Fingerprint card must be scanned at 600DPI or higher (common "high quality" setting for most home scanners).

- The file submitted is in either the PDF or PNG format. PNG format is best for quality.

If you do not have a scanner, you may be able to utilize scan services from Staples, Office Depot, UPS Store, etc.
